Good for networking and social interaction with other companies, it is the only business centre on Canvey and the rates of office rental are great.

Testimony– When we were looking for our next office location, having been in our previous location for over 15 years, we were drawn to International House by the Landlord’s vision of the offices and facilities that would be made available. They were, and are, very accommodating to our requirements, allowing us to be part of our office fit out and decoration. As one of the first tenants we have seen the centre develop, with plans for further improvements and welcomed many fellow tenants, providing us with an opportunity to be part of a wider business community.

Bio – We are a new start business offering hair dressing services. We previously worked for other salons but wanted to start and run our own hair services being our own bosses. We provide colouring, cutting and extensions to a range of clients.
Testimony -Having our business at International House is beneficial for us because it has a low overhead. Landlord is on site if any problem arises. A community of other businesses to help share ideas with. It’s good to know the salon is secure and has 24hour access. A has a great vibe not like other business centres. It has given us the opportunity to open up our own business.

Bio –Terra Firma 360 provides tailored Health and Safety solutions for our clients throughout a multitude of industries. We give competent and sensible advice, plus carry out a range of services. Auditing, Construction Project Safety support, Fire Risk Assessments, Training, Preparation of Safety documentation as well as providing a competent person service combined with a coaching programme.
Testimony – I chose International House because it is on Canvey Island, and I needed to get out of my house before I went stir crazy. Couldn’t face being zoom bombed by my demented cat anymore! Investing in an office space it has helped me build a healthy divide between my home and my workplace, and I can switch off easier at the end of the day. Plus, I can invite my clients over for meetings.

Bio – I have been running a small bookkeeping practice for around 7 years. For 6 of those years, I worked from home which initially worked well for me as I work around my two young children. However, as my practice grew it became extremely difficult to maintain a work/home life balance and it was difficult to arrange face-to-face client meetings.
Testimony – As soon as I heard about the International Business Centre, I felt this would be the perfect venue to base my business. I kept an eye on the available space and as soon as an appropriate office became available, I jumped at the chance to view it. During the visit, I was so pleased to see such a quality centre was being developed on Canvey. The centre looks fantastic, the team is so helpful, professional yet friendly and the facilities are brilliant. It really is a community of business owners that I love being a part of. Bio –We are a family run business who have been running for over 10 years providing Conservatories and other glazed products as well as some other new ventures.
Testimony – International House is the best location for our business as all the family live local to the centre and is great for early morning loading vans. It has great security which is ideal for us as we stock all our doors and windows and supplies here. We love the fact that we can have 24hours access as well as we do all different delivery times.
