This area is the largest of our rental spaces which is available to hire during the weekdays from 5:30pm to 11:00pm or Saturday and Sundays for events, workshops etc. Price available on request subject to requirements, we can tailor the space to meet your business needs and requirements.

International House Business Centre has a total of 35 rental spaces within the site ranging from small to large office rental spaces, storage areas, workshops, meeting rooms, and training suites.

Flexi and permanent Hot desk

Coming soon we will have on offer three types of Hot Desk and Office rentals for business use at International House Business Centre.

Option 1

Flexible Hot Desk rental – For a set, hourly, daily weekly, or monthly fee, business professionals can pay a fee online to secure a temporary hot desk rental. On arrival at check-in professionals will then be allocated a hot desk working area in the main communal area. This option will give business professionals access to super-fast broadband, a desk, a chair, and access to public communal areas.

Option 2

This option is more suited to a professional that wants to work from the same dedicated desk on a more permanent basis. These desks are in an access-controlled area for tenant privacy and are available on a minimum one-month rental. In the permanent desk rental area, there is a dedicated break out lounge area, a small meeting room for use by permanent desk professionals at no additional but must booked out in advance and is subject to availability. For this fee business professionals will get a permanent dedicated desk, chair, lockable pedestal, access to superfast broad, complementary access to dedicated meeting room and 24/7 site access. Professionals using this service can personalise their workspace.
